Order Processing

Here’s an overview of our shipping rates and time frames. Please note that the time frames provided are for reference only, as shipping times may vary depending on the situation.

Note: For orders with multiple items, the handling time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

To ensure the highest shipping quality, we use UPS, DHL, and FedEx for all deliveries.


Operation Time

We aim to ship your order within 1 business day. However, if an item is out of stock, the processing time may extend up to 3 business days. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.


Delivery Time

Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 7 to 15 business days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take.

Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@deeshinp.com, and we will promptly check the status with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding and support!


Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after your purchase.
  • If your payment is completed and the parcel has not been shipped, you can cancel your order, and we will issue a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping notification will be sent to you via email or SMS as soon as your package is shipped. You can find the tracking code in the notification.
  • You can also track your order on our Order Tracking Page.

Note: Sometimes, notification emails may be marked as spam by email providers. If you do not receive a notification email within a week, please check your spam or trash folder.


Taxes and Duties

For customers in the United States, there are no additional taxes or duties on our products. You only need to pay the final sale price when shopping at Deeshinp.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted regions. Certain items may be restricted from shipping due to country-specific regulations or carrier limitations.


Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or unclaimed packages, orders may be returned to us. We will notify you if this happens and arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.
